It is all About Time!

 

On the 31st of October the Essential Hardware Head Office team joined Vermont Sales for a chance to “taste what they cook”. After a brief safety summary and an explanation of the project at hand it was off to an afternoon of hardwork in their workshop training facility to build a small project in about 3 hours. The project? An ornate carriage clock made from solid European Beech. At first there was a little trepidation but through the well thought out production plan and a little help now and then all of the Essential team got their project together.
 
The project encompassed a number of the brands in the Vermont Sales stable like Kreg, Triton, Tork Craft, Bessey, AirCraft and Olfa to name a few. With these tools various skills were used. Cutting, Ripping, Sanding, Routing, Air Brushing, Sand Blasting, Nailing, Screwing and Drilling. It was a whole lot of fun and a complete new experience for most, even those that felt they had 10 thumbs. With great ease the projects came together and the value of these products was experienced hands on. Yes every one can DIY, even Gert.
