Handi In Hardware - Go BIG….or go BIGGER.

 

Handi In Hardware has moved to bigger and better premises in Bloemfontein. The Grand Opening commenced on the 6th December with a fully branded store and started really trading hard with results indicating that turnover has almost doubled.
The EBC Team got heavily involved in this store doing a full CatMan on the previous store and Reverse a CatMan for the new store, adding new products and identifying the KVI ranges.

In addition to the operational stock assistance, the EBC produced an extensive expense and cash flow analysis resulting in a set of projections that Dennis, the Storeowner, suggested we were crazy to expect that to be a reality. To date, Dennis concedes that our projections are extremely close to reality…Don’t worry Dennis, you’re not alone. Most Storeowners think we are crazy at first, but results speak louder than words and we are always pleased when we can prove our worth wherever possible for our Members.
